Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can:

Notify us by email at EUsales@crowcanyonhome.eu with your order number and (optional) reason for return.
- You may use the Withdrawal Form, but its use is not mandatory.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of products in their original, resalable condition.
✅ Items should be unused*, undamaged, and preferably with their original packaging.
✅ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Before returning items, log into your account at https://account.crowcanyonhome.eu and complete the returns form. Return instructions will be provided.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds cover the full value of the returned goods, including the cost of standard delivery if applicable, and will be issued using the original payment method.
*Inspeciton & Use: You have the right to inspect the goods as you would in a physical retail store. However, once dinnerware or cookware has been used (e.g., come into contact with food, water, or a heat source), it is no longer in a resalable condition for hygiene and health protection reasons.
Damages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please report it within 14 days of receipt by:

We will arrange a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Important: Enamelware can chip if dropped or handled roughly. Crow Canyon Home is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or misuse after delivery.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Dinnerware or cookware which have been used (e.g., come into contact with food, water, or a heat source) for hygiene and health protection reasons
